Senior MERN Stack Developer

Work Location: Reon Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Koratty, Thrissur At Reon Technologies, we’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer who can build scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibility

Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js
• Develop responsive and optimized frontend interfaces using React.js and Next.js API & Integration

API & Integration

• Develop secure RESTful APIs and integrate GraphQL where required
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services
• Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems

Performance & Code Quality

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and business teams
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus
• Expertise in React.js (Hooks, lifecycle, state management, performance optimization)
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js
• Experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing)
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (queries, optimization, functions)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Redux, MobX, or similar state management tools
• Exposure to ERP application development
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, Vite
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Active GitHub profile or portfolio
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
