Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibility

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop strategic SEO plans
• Execute on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, alt text) and recommend technical improvements
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
• Support off-page SEO initiatives including backlink building and domain authority growth Social Media Management (SMM)

Social Media Management (SMM)

• Manage and scale social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the design team
• Create compelling, platform-specific content that drives engagement
• Stay updated on trends and implement innovative strategies

Paid Advertising (PPC & Meta Ads)

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms
• Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates
• Manage budgets efficiently to achieve optimal Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• Implement and monitor pixel tracking and conversion events Candidate Profile
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical), SMM, and Paid Ads
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and segmentation strategies
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
