Senior .NET Developer

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented .NET Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to guide a team while aligning solutions with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write clean, optimized, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and consistency across the team
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues efficiently
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve technical capability and productivity
• Stay updated with emerging trends in .NET technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development
• Strong expertise in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Proven experience in ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API development
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8 and legacy system maintenance
• Excellent proficiency in SQL Server, including:
  • Complex query writing
  • Stored procedures
  • Performance tuning for large datasets
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON parsing (C# & JavaScript)
• Experience working with ASPX pages, ASPX controllers, and services
• Strong knowledge of LINQ for efficient data handling (DataTables & DataSets)
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend integration with backend systems
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks is an added advantage

• Experience with modern .NET (Core / 6+)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
